your style, budget and time frame. As a member of the Interior Design Society,
IRIS and the International Association of Design Industry Entrepreneurs, we are

attuned to your lifestyle and budget.
If you are interested in a
consultation to determine your needs or if you already know what you want but
simply do not have the time to manage your project, take the first step and
contact us today. We can provide a complete plan, coordinate services and
product finish selections with an excellent group of contractors or simply
consult on paint color selections, window treatments or furniture placement.
Redesign:
A budget conscious makeover to create a "designer look" with
the furnishings you already own. Rearrangement and proper placement are the keys
to a beautiful home makeover. With your permission, we will "shop" in
your home using your treasures in a creative, fresh new way. If you prefer to do
your own decorating, we can provide consultations ranging from paint colors to
new furniture arrangements to shopping lists. Your needs may simply be due to a
recent move, downsizing or blending two households. No wonder this is the latest
trend!
Real Estate Staging:
Staging services are also available. According to the National
Association of Realtors, 80% of buyers used the internet to search for their new
home. Statistics from Staged Homes revealed the average house that was staged
prior to listing was on the market approximately 50% less time than a comparable
home that was not staged. These statistics validate the importance of staging
prior to the listing and posting of pictures on the internet. Your internet
listing is the first point of contact for the majority of buyers. More
importantly, staged homes usually sell 6.9% to 10% OVER the listing price. For
the cost of as little as a few hundred dollars you can increase your profit by
thousands. Staging cost is always less than your first price reduction. Your
property will be evaluated for curbside appeal and scored throughout the
interior as seen through the eyes of the potential buyer. Clients receive a copy
of the prestaging evaluation form which will include the top five priorities to
prepare the home for a fast sale at the top dollar. If you prefer, we can return
and perform the necessary tasks for optimal showings or prior to your open
house. |
