Interior Redesign Consultation
$50
hour
This process will include meeting you and discussing your
needs and the function of the room. Measurements of
furniture and space may also be done at this time. If you
would prefer to decorate your room, we can provide a list of
recommendations. The consultation fee may be applied toward
a redesign or makeover.
Interior Redesign/Makeover
$150 up to 3 hours, $50 each additional hour
discount applied for multiple rooms
assistant fee $20 hour (only if needed)
An average size room which already has furniture, artwork
and accessories will usually take 3 to 4 hours to makeover.
All furniture and items are moved from the room and then the
architectural focal points, room shape and size are
evaluated. If you have heavy entertainment centers or large
collections of accessories, an assistant may be needed. Then
the makeover begins!

Real Estate Staging
Real Estate Staging
Consultation (Pre-staging evaluation and report) $175,
usually 2-3 hours
Staging $50 hour
According to the National Association of Realtors, for the
cost of a few hundred dollars, you can increase the value of
your property significantly. If you prefer a consultation
only, we will evaluate your property from the curbside and
throughout the interior and exterior. You will receive a
copy of the pre-staging evaluation form which will also
include your top five priorities. If you prefer, we can
return and perform the necessary tasks for you to increase
the sale price and help sell your home more quickly. If your
home is empty, we can rent furniture and completely stage
and accessorize significant rooms or the entire home. This
will create a warm welcome for your prospective buyer!

Transitions
Consultation $75
$50 each additional hour
Maybe you have recently downsized, inherited furniture, or
blended households and simply need assistance to creative
the optimal space. We can "declutter", organize and
rearrange your treasures to achieve an overall harmony and
balance. If you are moving, we can unpack accessories and
artwork and have your finished room(s) ready for you to
enjoy.
Paint Consultation
$50
This will usually take up to an hour. We will define your
goals for the room and can help you make this sometimes
difficult decision. We have a software program which can
show you a visualization of your room in different colors.
